Robbery Suspect and Drug Pusher Arrested as Police Seize Military Gear

Rachuonyo North, Kenya – Acting on a tip-off from concerned neighbors, detectives from Rachuonyo North have arrested a suspect involved in peddling marijuana and seized military gear, a firearm, and several rolls of bhang.

The suspect, Barnabas Okello, 34, was nabbed at his residence in South Kanyaluo after neighbors reported his suspicious activities, including brandishing what appeared to be a gun. Upon raiding his house, the detectives, supported by their counterparts from Kendubay Police Station, recovered a firearm loaded with four rounds, police gear, balaclavas, and other camouflage clothing.

The arrest and seizures highlight the crucial role vigilant community members play in enhancing neighborhood safety and security.
